The Clifton upon Teme Neighbourhood Plan was approved by an independent Examiner and a local Referendum was held on Thursday, 7th October, at the village hall. The Plan was adopted as a result of more than 50% of those voting voted in favour. In November 2017 the Plan was approved by Malvern Hills Disrict Council and the Plan is now in force.

Chaired by Helen Winer, one of three parish councillors on the group, the Clifton Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group members has completed an informal consultation with every household in the parish, setting out the key objectives and inviting comments.
Copies of the Plan and accompanying documents are available on the Parish Council and MHDC websites.
